RAF BOOTCAMP
Summer Session Begins June 14th, 2022!
Bootcamp is a program I started 20 years ago before it became such a fitness staple. RAF's Bootcamp program challenges the body and the mind and is done outside, rain or shine. We create an environment that brings out your strength and confidence. We work in a team environment where no one is left behind no matter what level you are.
Bootcamp is progressive. It gets more difficult and challenging as the weeks go by. We incorporate running, weight training, abdominal work, athletic drills and body weight exercises. Average weight loss is 8-10lbs in 8 weeks and body fat loss of 6% when following a specialized meal plan and additional 3 workouts a week.
With 20 years of proven results and success stories, Bootcamp is the program we are "famous" for. Not only do we assist you in gaining strength, endurance and confidence, we become a team of friends who help, encourage, support and motivate you. All of these components help keep you accountable and foster your success.

When Does Registration Begin?
Registration for the Spring Session begins in May & closes Sunday, May 22nd, 2022. Click here to get your name on the list!
Do We Meet At The Loft?
We meet at Goodwin Park in Wethersfield/Hartford line.
What Is The Length Of Each Session?
Each seasonal Bootcamp session lasts 8 weeks.
How Much Does Each Session Cost?
Each session is $250 or 4 payments of $62.50. Bootcamps are also included in some of our Platinum Memberships at The Loft.
What Should I Bring?
Both Beginner & Advanced sessions require a yoga mat, jump rope, light weights, heavy weights, and weighted gloves. For beginners, weighted gloves should weigh no more than 1.5lbs per hand, while advanced Bootcampers may bring gloves up to 2lbs per hand. Bootcamp sessions also require weighted vests: up to 10lbs for women, and 20lbs for men. Please also be sure to bring water!
