At Racquel's Addiction Fitness we believe in making fitness fun. Our instructors will challenge you and push you to reach new levels. We promote a no-excuse attitude. We also lead by example. We are very family oriented and have a lot of couples who workout together at our Loft. We also host kid-friendly workouts throughout the year.
We believe in real workouts for real people with real results. Everybody has different ideas of what getting "fit" and "healthy" mean. Some may want to lose weight or body fat, while others may want to build endurance, run a 5k, regain their pre-pregnancy shape or simply lower their cholesterol by learning how to make more healthy choices.

High Intensity Interval Training! We make the body burn! 50 secs of work. 10 secs of rest. On to the next exercise! This class will make you sweat! I developed this class as a total body workout to burn mega calories in just one hour. One of the classes we are most famous for!
This High Intensity interval training circuit will make you sweat! One goal: burn fat! We incorporate equipment such as bands, box jumps, medicine balls, kettlebells....and more. Burn fat and build muscle.
10 mins of arms, 10 mins of legs, 10 mins abs, 10 mins cardio, then: REPEAT! Muscle building, fat blasting, high energy workout for full body conditioning!
Kick, Punch, Jab and Repeat! We incorporate Boxing Bags, weights, jump ropes and cardio drills to get the heart pumping and burn fat.

Barbell Booty & Abs
This class incorporates Barbell work to target all the muscles of the backside. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, crunches, roll ups and intense abdominal work. A member favorite!
"In August 2015, I decided to take a chance, needed to get back to being fit. I wondered how I could do it, juggling my family and work. One day I was scrolling through Groupon and stumbled across Racquel Fitness Addiction. After attending several of her classes, I knew I was at the right place; Racquel meets you at your fitness level but always encourages her members to step outside of thier comfort zone through her diverse workouts and words of encouragement. The individual attention she provides to all her members, during her fitness classes and/or discussing their nutrition is invaluable. Racquel has taught her members the importance of meal prepping and supplements. In addition, Racquel's Addiction Fitness is a welcoming environment, the members support and encourage each other through the most difficult workouts.
Two years later I have lost more than 25 pounds and body fat. I have also participated in the Hartford Eversource Relay Marathon and Summer bootcamp. "
